Matt Lauer featured Namibia on the Today Show, which made Namibia the seventh most goggled item on Monday 7th November 2011. Six and a half tons of equipment were shipped in by the American NBC network to host this “Where in the World is Matt Lauer" series. The focus of the broadcast was Namibia’s living desert, conservation, extreme sports, the shipwrecks along Skeleton Coast, our rich diamonds and the Himba clan in the Kunene region.
