Sense of Africa had the opportunity to host 15 agents together with a Namibian Tourism Board representative on our contrasting landscapes visit of 8 nights, to the south of the country.
Sense of Africa, would like to thank these agents for taking the time ot travel and experience our country. We extend a further thanks to the local suppliers whom supported this educational, to enhance tourism for Namibia. This was co-ordinated in conjunction with the Namibian Tourism Expo in Windhoek held from the 8th -11th June 2011.

"It seems like a long time since we were all in Namibia together enjoying the amazing ever changing scenery. Now I´m settled back into my office in Germany and are now thinking of ways in which I can send more people to your wonderful country. On a personal note, I would just like to thank the team from Sense of Africa for the perfect organization and for having such an amazing group to travel around with. We were a “mixed-group” of Tour Operators from all over namely; from the UK, Estland, Russia, Austria, France, Spain and Italy.
Each person in our group, I could see made the most of their time in Namibia and it was a pleasure to spend the time with that nice people. All of us collected some new ideas and for certian we´ll now be able to make firm impressions to motivate and sell Namibia even better in their own country. I may be biased but I think that we had the best group with Sense of Africa, out of all of the Academy groups that were out visiting Namibia.Many Thanks, also to our excellent Sense of Africa guide - Michael Niemeyer. We learned a lot about the country, the people and how this country “functions” in the correct way to create new incredible journeys for our clients.

Yellow Fever Vaccination for Zambia and South Africa
Yellow Fever vaccination is required for passengers travelling to and from Zambia. The South African Department has subsqently issued a statement that all travelers from South Africa to Zambia and travelers from Zambia to South Africa will now require proff of yellow fever vaccination. This is also applicable to all in-transit passengers between the two destinations, irrespective of the time period in transit.
