Free & Easy - The Last Minute Voucher pass system

Sense of Africa developed the innovative Free & Easy accommodation voucher pass system to offer the independent traveller to Namibia the maximum flexibility and financial savings possible. This system allows clients to explore the country at their leisure with no fixed itineraries at a wide selection of quality accommodation establishments. All accommodation includes en-suite facilities but excludes meals, drinks and activities, which are payable directly to the establishment.

How does Free & Easy work:

Clients decide how many vouchers they require, bearing in mind that each voucher is common rated and based on a per room, per night basis. Clients may book their stay no more than 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival at any selected participating Free & Easy establishment without any minimum or maximum stay restrictions (depending on availability).

What is included?

An up to date brochure of participating Free & Easy properties is provided along with the vouchers and the latest comprehensive map of Namibia.

Payment

Clients will be requested to show proof of a credit card at check-in as a room guarantee. On arrival the original voucher must be handed over to the establishment. Any surcharges are directly payable to the establishment.

Amendments & Cancellations

A 100% cancellation fee applies for no-shows. Unused, original, open-dated vouchers are refundable at the place of purchase only and are subject to an administrative fee of N$500.00 net per refunding transaction. Lost vouchers are not refundable.
