The tours narrow down an unlimited range of attractions to core itineraries, and provide maximum excitement to the selected highlights visited.

We pride ourselves in the high standard of accommodation and also the mode of travel we offer our guests, thereby ensuring an effortless, comfortable and unforgettable Namibian holiday. All our tours are conducted in air-conditioned vehicles specifically chosen for Namibia’s road conditions, while our expert local guides ensure a friendly, knowledgeable and customer orientated service.

TOUR CLASSIFICATION

Scheduled Escorted Tours - Bronze
A minimum of 2 passengers and a maximum of 16 passengers per vehicle. Accommodation is offered in mid range properties on a bed and breakfast basis.

Scheduled Escorted Tours - Silver
A minimum of 2 passengers and a maximum of 10 passengers per vehicle. Accommodation is offered in upper good middle class properties on a half board basis.

Schedule Escorted Tours - Gold
A minimum of 2 passengers and a maximum of 6 passengers per vehicle. Accommodation is of the best in the area, based on a half board basis with key activities included.

Schedule Escorted Tours - Platinum
A minimum of 2 passengers and a maximum of 4 passengers. The most luxurious accommodation and service available in Namibia is offered in combination with the key activities of the specific area.

Private Scheduled Tours
All scheduled escorted tours are offered on a private basis as well. The same rate per passenger will apply as soon as the group consists of six or more passengers.

Only one of the benefits of privately guided tours is the substantial value that we can offer by applying our buying power to the benefit of the exclusive private escorted tour passenger.

All scheduled rates are calculated and published up front and are valid for the entire product year; this ensures price consistency throughout the year. We are able to cater for specific languages, as our private escorted tour programs are guaranteed in English and German; other language guides will be arranged on request. This, in conjunction with our guides’ extensive knowledge, ensures value for money, peace of mind and the most unconventional program possible.

As the touring services are booked on a private basis, any itinerary and accommodation changes may be available to suit clients’ ‘individual’ requests and will be customised accordingly at an additional cost.
