All of our schedule tours can be run as an exclusive private
tour for you and your guests. Simply select one of our schedule
tour departures and request the date that best suits you. This
flexible concept reaches out to small groups, families with
children, families wanting to travel together exclusively, individual
companies or organisations. You have the advantage of the exclusive
use of our air-conditioned vehicles and the service of a professional
guide, who will ensure you a smooth-running, informative and
personalised trip. You have the option of advertising the name
of your organisation or operation while on tour, adding even
more distinctiveness to this journey.

COACH CHARTER
We own, operate and maintain our own fleet of vehicles from
6/7 seater Microbus, to custom-built coaches ranging from 25
to 44 seaters. All these air-conditioned vehicles are meticulously
maintained and serviced by our own in-house fully equipped workshop.
These vehicles are available not only for our tours but also
for private charter on request.
PASSENGER LIABILITY EVACUATION INSURANCE
Sense of Africa provides passenger liability insurance up to
N$ 200 million and emergency medical evacuation cover on all
our vehicles that are on tour. Emergency medical evacuation
covers evacuation to the nearest hospital but and does not cover
medical costs incurred. Guests accordingly are advised to take
out adequate insurance cover for medical treatments and any
further emergency transportation costs in their home country.
