FREE & EASY:



How does Free & Easy work:
During the planning stage, clients decide how many vouchers
they require, bearing in mind that each voucher is based on
a per room, per night basis. All vouchers are common rated.
Any extras required by the clients, such as meals, drinks and
activities, are paid directly to the accommodation provider.
Clients may book their stay no more than 72 hours (3 days) prior
to arrival at any selected participating Free & Easy establishment
without any minimum or maximum stay restrictions. Therefore,
depending on availability, they have the freedom to plan the
duration of their stay at the selected accommodation provider
at their own leisure.
What is included?
An up to date pamphlet of participating Free & Easy properties
is provided to the client along with the vouchers. The complete
list of these establishments is also listed
here

Clients will receive the Sense of Africa Emergency details,
ensuring complete peace of mind for the duration of their stay.
Payment
Clients will be requested to show proof of a credit card at
check-in as a room guarantee. On arrival at the selected accommodation,
the original voucher (per room per night) must be handed over
to the establishment. All extras including meals, extra beds,
drinks and items of a personal nature must be settled directly
upon departure. Child policies vary from establishment to establishment.
The availability of family rooms are limited and must be confirmed
with each individual establishment prior to arrival. Any surcharges
are directly payable to the establishment.
Amendments & Cancellations
A 100% cancellation fee applies for no-shows. Unused, original,
open-dated vouchers are refundable at the place of purchase
only and are subject to an administrative fee of N$500.00 nett
per refunding transaction. Lost vouchers will not be refundable.
