Meet & Greet Service
As part of our personalised service, Sense of Africa offers
an optional Meet & Greet service at Hosea Kutako International
Airport, Windhoek. Clients are welcomed in the arrival terminal
by a Sense of Africa representative with a meet and greet board,
after which clients are escorted to their car hire kiosk. After
completion of vehicle rental documentation, the Sense of Africa
representative will discuss in detail the guest’s itinerary
for Namibia, giving comprehensive feedback for any questions
and offering advise on routes to be travelled.
Alternatively guests can be met at their respective Windhoek
accommodation where a full self-drive de-briefing will take
place.
24-Hour Assistance
Sense of Africa offers a unique 24 hour, 7 day a week emergency
helpline for on the spot decisions and assistance. After office
hours, clients should consult their client documentation for
the relevant emergency number responsible for their travel arrangements.
This helpline serves as yet another important part of our vision
that strives for client service excellence.
Insurance
Sense of Africa provides passenger liability insurance up to
N$ 200 million and emergency medical evacuation cover on all
our vehicles that are on tour. Emergency medical evacuation
covers evacuation to the nearest hospital but does not cover
medical costs incurred. Guests accordingly are advised to take
out adequate insurance cover for medical treatments and any
further emergency transportation costs in their home country.
